We had the most wonderful few days there. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Also, Ikime Shrine is walking distance to the hotel. It was nice to have a balcony in the room.

The personal service was exceptional, and the chef's varied dishes added a unique touch to our stay. The niche accommodation highlighted the exclusivity of the property and added to its relaxing ambiance. The magnificent view from our room was the cherry on top of an already fantastic experience.
The location was a bit out of the way, but we found that taxis were readily available to get us to and from the property with minimal fuss. The price was a bit steep, but the fantastic service and exclusive atmosphere made it well worth the spend.

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! the value for money was outstanding. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the stunning location on top of the hill. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I was even greeted with a refreshing drink upon check-in. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I was lucky enough to have a balcony with breathtaking views of the ocean. But the absolute highlight for me was the private onsen. It was so relaxing to unwind in the hot spring waters while enjoying the view. And let's not forget about the breakfast! This resort-style onsen ryokan was an incredibly calming experience. the staff was extremely hospitable and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the spacious and modern facility which was clean and beautifully designed. the private hot spring bath in our room was definitely a highlight, and the public bath was also a great experience. We enjoyed the various seating options on the balcony, along with the beautiful views of the surroundings. the meals, which we booked with breakfast and dinner, were absolutely delicious and had a variety of Japanese dishes. a great relaxed atmosphere, comfortable rooms and fantastic food.
The only downside is the remote location, which is about 15 minutes from the main station by taxi. It would be great if there were shuttle bus services to town or more options for transportation.
